The Celebrating Success 2009 Dinner
The Weavers, Halifax, played host to a dinner with a difference. All the guests arrived dressed and acting as they intend to be in 2009.
Guests, some arriving in limousines, brought with them the trappings of the success they will have achieved by then. Would be authors brought copies of their books, along with flyers promoting their book signings. Others had photographs of their villas, apartments and some even had pictures of the animals they will own in 2009.
The evening continued in the spirit of success with local business owner Judith Wright being presented with flowers and a Renault Megane Cabriolet (courtesy of Sunwin Renault) for winning Business Woman of the Year 2009'.
Judith Wright Director of WAM said, This was one of the most amazing evenings of my life. We all had a fantastic time and by the end of the night you didn't know the difference between fact and fiction. Since the evening I realise it has had the desired effect, by the number of phone calls I have received telling me how people are now taking action towards achieving their goals and dreams .
One of the guests, Maggie Wilson, Manager for Weekenders, said, Living out my dream to run my business from Spain by 2009 has now given me the self belief to know I can achieve it. I am now taking positive steps to ensure it turns from pipe dream to reality .
The dinner was inspired by Judith Wright who runs Wright Angle Marketing'. The company delivers programmes which are designed for individuals and businesses to help them to fulfill their own incredible potential. The dinner which was an opportunity for people who have experienced the WAM concept to meet up and share their successes.
