Frenchgate
WAM carried out Market Research for Frenchgate Shopping Centre before, during and after the centre under went a massive refurbishment. The research measured the impact that the building work had on shoppers in Doncaster.
The surveys were carried out in ten days, over a six week period. This information was then analysed and compiled into a detailed evaluation.
WAM have also worked with Frenchgate to arrange and manage a series of events over the summer holidays. The events ranged from Food Tasting, to Pirates of the Carribbean and Music on the Mall. These events were free to the public and received very well. The events also enabled the centre to create a database of 776 customer’s details for targeting future events.
