4 Ways Working
How we work with clients?
We work with clients in a variety of ways to suit their needs.
1. Visioning Process
WAM can lead you through the following process tailoring it to meet your specific needs. This is good for both new start up businesses and established businesses that are looking to re-assess and grow.
Step One
Working with you to:
Define your Vision - Where do you want to be?
Define your Product/Service - Who are you? What is your business?
Your Mission Statement - Develop, define and record your statement.
Situational Analysis - Establish where you are now.
Step Two
WAM creates your
Marketing Strategy - Plan your route from where you are to where you want to be.
Step Three
Marketing Plan
Mapping out the Journey - Marketing Objectives, Plans and Tactics. Break down your route plan into specific goals and actions.
Step Four
Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation
Delivering the plan.
2. Retainer Basis
This can be anything from a day a month upwards to implement Marketing and PR plans.
Quite often, when working in this way we’ll be working with the people in the organisation to deliver their plans.
Managing your press and media relations, generating publicity and carrying out research with visitors are all highly efficient and cost effective ways of working together.
Often businesses fail to make the most of their existing resources by neglecting their existing and past customers due to time constraints.
We can help by putting in place “keeping in touch” strategies.
These can include:
- Newsletters
- Follow up letters
- Client management systems
- E mail communications
- Phone calls
- Updating the website regularly
An example of a client we work with on a retainer basis is,
Calderdale Credit Union (CCU)
WAM has worked with them on:
- Visioning
- Business plan: submitted to the FSA and approved.
- Developed marketing plans with targets
- We’re now working on implementing the plans
- Including working with the staff and volunteers to develop their marketing skills.
CCU has exceeded all targets set including:
- Number of borrowers
- Number of savers
- Number of children in the schools programme.
3. Project by Project
We would receive a brief from the client either verbally or written, then we would prepare a proposal with fixed costs based on that brief. The client would then approve the proposal and we would carry out the work.
Some examples of projects are outlined below.
Running events for organisations such as Frenchgate, St Johns, Rochdale Exchange and the Headrow Shopping Centres.
Producing promotional material, print, web sites, promotional DVD’s and videos.
