Cancellation TermsFoundation for Success and Building for Success
Cancellation giving more than three weeks notice will be converted to a non refundable credit which can then be used on the same programme within a twelve month period.
Cancellations giving less than three weeks notice have the option to transfer their place onto the same programme within a 12 month period on payment of 25% of the original programme costs.
Focus on Success
All bookings are non refundable, they can be transferred to another individual on payment of a £20 administration fee, providing the individual has already completed the Foundation for Success and the Building for Success programmes. Cancellations giving more than three weeks notice will be converted to a non refundable credit which can then be used at the next quarterly meeting. Cancellations giving less than three weeks notice have the option to transfer their place onto the next quarterly meeting on payment of 25% of the original costs.
